Well all I can say is what a bike!!! As a lover of all style bikes I really fancied a Cruiser for the Mrs and I this time around and I couldn't of come across a better bike and Company to grab the beauty from. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding service from Lincolnshire Motorcycles, from the first call I made to you from Cyprus, to leaving everything with you from organising of the service with Ducati, the choosing of bike cover to protect from the dust here, the delivery to Ilminster Somerset for the shipping to Cyprus, the service was superb.

I found your attitude, description of the Ducati, first class, and faultless, considering I purchased the Ducati “unseen”, the Ducati is spotless, unmarked as described. I could not be more delighted with the Ducati if I had purchased new!

Having had several Aston Martin cars hand built, (as my wife also David Webb of Aston Martin would confirm I am very particular!)  I have never experienced such attentive service by any other company until dealing with yourself.

On delivery of the Ducati in Cyprus, I not only found the Ducati cling wrapped! but delivered in a purpose made crate! (constructed from new timber) the staff at Mark Chudley Ltd here in Cyprus, did not believe the bike was not new!!

Finally, I would like to say a big thank you for the Ducati, and please due no hesitate to pass on my details for any reference (I have already passed you details onto a few friends).

Just to say many thanks for the smooth process in upgrading my Kawasaki Versys 650 to the 1000 model. Am really pleased with the new bike which was a good price and the part exchange deal you offered me(even the wife is pleased). Could not believe the speed of the transaction (even here in remote Cornwall) and having the bike delivered to my drive made it so much easier. Just a quick note to tell you that I have spoken to the French guy you talked about, and explained a lot of things to him, including how t register the bike in France! He was worried about the transfer of funds so I explained that you do have a portable card machine as well and he can pay with his card if he doesn't mind his bank charging a bit for the conversion. He seemed to be happy with that idea. 

Apart from that I would also like to say it has been a pleasure doing buisness with you. From the start you were clear about everything, rapid response to emails and always easy to contact and so that filled me with confidence. Meeting Barry in Dover was also really easy and he is a gentleman! Everything concerning the condition of the bike was as you said or better (you didn't say it had braided brake lines  for instance!). Basically the transaction could not have been easier.

I have written the above for you to post on your website, but I do mean it thanks, I am a happy bunny and the 100 mile ride back to mine actually tuurned into a 150 mile ride as I went the long way on the twisty bits instead of  down the motorway!
If I can be of any help with further French transactions, or in any other way, let me know.
